Common Uses: pavements, foundations, sidewalks, walkways, patios, swimming pool decks, reinforced concrete buildings, bridges, precast and prestressed concrete.
Low alkali and NSF/ANSI 61 certified.
Type S Masonry Cement is for use in high-strength mortars where architectural demand requires high-performance masonry units. Specifications: ASTM C 91, ASTM C 270.
Lightweight Well Cement, used on surfaces and depths to 12,000 feet, is a fine grind, low-density cement that can be mixed over a range of 12.0 to 14.2 pounds/gallon and has a typical blaine surface area of 6,900 square cm/gram.
This general purpose cement can be used to depths of 6,000 feet.
Specifications: API Spec 10A.
Class C Well Cement can be used to depths of 6,000 feet when conditions require high early-strength and moderate sulfate resistance. Specifications: API Spec 10A.
This is general all-purpose, sulfate-resistant cement that meets Type II and V specifications while generating less heat in the hydration process.
Common Uses: pavements, foundations, sidewalks, walkways, patios, swimming pool decks, reinforced concrete buildings, bridges, precast and prestressed concrete.
Specifications: ASTM C-150 Type I, II & V Low Alkali.
Used when more sulfate resistance is desired, this cement generates less heat in the hydration process.
Common Uses: pavements, foundations, sidewalks, walkways, patios, swimming pool decks, reinforced concrete buildings, bridges, precast and prestressed concrete, and waste disposal applications.
Specifications: ASTM C-150; Type II-V Low Alkali.
This cement is manufactured through a process of inter-grinding with plasticizing agents to improve workability and pumping capabilities.
Common uses: plaster, stucco and mortar.
Specifications: ASTM C-1328; UBC 97 Sec. 21 & 25;
City of Los Angeles Approved.
It is similar to Type III Cement with high early strength and uniform color consistency.
Common uses: concrete blocks and stucco. Specifications:
UBC 97 Sec. 21; ASTM C-150; Type I & II Low Alkali.
It is a modified Type II Portland Cement that generates high early strengths.
Specifications: ASTM C-150 Type I, II & V Low Alkali
Modified for prestress.
White Cement is comparable to Type I and Type III products with a manufactured white finish.
Common uses: swimming pool plaster, roofing tile, precast curtain walls, architectural panels, terrazzo surfaces, stucco, cement paint, decorative grouts and mortars. Specifications: ASTM C-150 Type I Low Alkali.
