Through its workforce, TXI takes leadership roles in civic organizations such as the local Chambers of Commerce or Rotary Clubs. Company employees also serve in elected positions; TXI supports and applauds their commitments.

We place special emphasis on supporting United Way because of the important work it does at the community level. Employee contributions grow yearly and the company matches their donations dollar for dollar.
